- Step fee rate:
- Usrs enjoy different discounts according to the trading volume (converted into BTC) of the past 30 days. There are a few discount levels of step rate. The higher your trading volume is, the higher your discount level is.
- Calculation Rules of Step Rate:
- 1. The daily trading volume of each user is calculated (converted into BTC) and daily trading volume of the past 30 days will be added up.
- 2. At 0:00 (GMT+8) of each day, the total trading volume of the past 30 days is calculated (convert it into BTC), as the referential standard of discount level.
- 3. The discount level of step rate is updated at 2:00 (GMT+8) of each day. Foreground users can search for the results.
- 4. Example: the fee rate from 2:00:00 (GMT+8) on October 29, 2018 to 1:59:59 (GMT+8) on October 30, 2018 is determined by the amount of BTC converted from the trading volume during 0:00:00 (GMT+8) on September 29, 2018 and 23:59:59 (GMT+8) on October 28, 2018.

- 1. What is a maker?
- (1) Maker fees are paid when you add liquidity to our order book, by placing a limit order in the order book which is not executed with the current orders and is waiting to be executed.
- 2. Taker fees are paid when you remove liquidity from our order book, by placing any order that is executed against an order of the orderbook. (Please note when your limit order is executed against other user's limit order and his/her order placed eariler than your order, you will pay taker fees.)
- 2. What is a taker?
- (1) Taker means that the limit order or market order you place is executed with the current maker.
- (2) When the order you placed is filled by others’ orders, you need to pay the taker fees.
- 3. How is trading fee paid?
- (1) Trading fees will be deducted from you executed total. If you exchange assets to BTC, you need to pay BTC fees.
- (2) If the transaction isn't completed and the user cancels the order. The part of cancelled order won't charge any fees.
